JOB PURPOSE:

Lead, plan and oversee the implementation of Sales strategy to achieve the set target, providing quality services in areas of sales, promotion, and communications that adhere to the organization's overall vision & facilitate further business development and achieve the annual and gross-profit plans.

Responsibility

  • Directs, leads team, and oversees functional objectives related to Sales department initiatives, and monitors the implementation, to efficiently contribute to the achievement of the corporate target
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed. Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations. . Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Formulate appropriate client relations strategies in order to develop and foster effective relationships with the clients.  Ensure the Communications approach leads to a cohesive corporate identity across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep up with industry trends to determine the need for improvements. Ensure that sales operational plans and targets are distributed and met in quality standards that would reflect MAA ALTHAHAB's image in order to contribute to achieving the overall corporate target.
  • Boast growth and development of the brand franchise sales activity. 
  • Fosters and promotes MAA ALTHAHAB image and service-focused outlook and builds relationships with key external parties and associations.
  • Develop the Sales departmental strategy in line with the MAA ALTHAHAB’s long-term strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departments at MAA ALTHAHAB.
  • Ensure that departmental strategies and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of MAA ALTHAHAB.
  • Manage the achievement of Sales departmental objectives through effective leadership – setting individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff, providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Sales Department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
  • Ensure that all departmental statements and reports of MAA ALTHAHAB are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department requirements, policies and standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 

  • Vocational Certificates in HRM such as CIPD or SHRM or AHRI
  • Should have handled senior leadership roles in Sales Department
  • 5-8 experience in a progressively more sales leadership role 
  • Arabic Fluent (Writing Speaking), English Fluent (Writing Speaking), Turkish Beginner
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas, and experience setting sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
