Main Task:

1. Research potential vendors.
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
4. Review quality of purchased products to evaluate the vendors according to their products
5. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
7. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
8. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
9. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Economics, or relevant vocational training.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Substantial knowledge of standard purchasing procedures and practices is required.
• Knowledge and experience of MS Office and G Suite
• Turkish and English language (written & spoken)
