Job Duties and Tasks:

  1. Organizing and scheduling meetings.

  2. Preparing meeting minutes and assigning related tasks accordingly.

  3. Managing and organizing administrative archives and records.

  4. Preparing various reports as required.

  5. Sending executive office emails to company employees.

  6. Creating tasks and assigning them to the relevant personnel.

  7. Sending out meeting invitations.

  8. Creating and managing files using Excel, Word, and Google Drive.

  9. Coordinating executive office tasks with other departments.

  10. Compiling reports on tasks completed by all departments and submitting them to top management.

  11. Summarizing and documenting key discussion points from meetings.

Skills Needed & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent command of MS Office Package.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • High comunication skills
  • High presentation skills.
  • High time management skills and multitasking abilities.
