Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across online, offline, and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deadlines.

Oversees e-commerce platform management and marketplace performance, enhancing website functionality and customer experience.

Supervise and Optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing, to maximize ROI.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all points and entities.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful visuals and content for campaigns.

Coordinate in-store promotions and activations in alignment with sales objectives.

Drive customer retention and engagement through CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.

Lead and manage diverse teams (e-commerce, digital, trade marketing, brand, creative, research, and CRM).

Act as a central point of coordination between marketing teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights and regular updates to the Managing Director and the Chief Advisor or Chairman Advisor.
