Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by planning and publishing content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement across Turkish and relevant regional markets.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, aligned with local market needs and company objectives.
  • Coordinating closely with operations and sales departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts and support revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and preparing regular reports.
  • Following up on e-commerce activities, including product listings, content optimization, promotions, and customer communication across platforms like Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or the company’s own e-commerce site.
  • Conducting local market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior insights, and areas for marketing improvement specific to the Turkish market.
  • Supporting the development of marketing materials such as brochures, social media creatives, email campaigns, and presentations tailored to local and international audiences.
  • Assisting with the organization and participation in industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities held in Turkey.
  • Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners in Turkey to coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Staying updated on local and global marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting budget tracking and ensuring efficient use of marketing resources.
  • Contributing to brand consistency across all communication channels in line with the company's global and local brand guidelines.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Fast learner with adaptability in a dynamic environment
