Job summary

To support the daily operations of the e-commerce department by handling customer communications, managing online orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining accurate sales records. The E-commerce Officer is key in providing an excellent customer experience and efficient logistics coordination.

Main Responsibility 

• Respond to customer messages, comments, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Process and upload customer orders to the Shopify platform.

• Manage special product orders (e.g., Aquador oils and bottles).

• Coordinate with cargo companies for order dispatch and delivery.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.

• Update daily sales data in the relevant sales tracking sheets.

• Prepare reports as requested by management.

• Generate invoices and billing documents.

• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure correct handover to shipping partners.

• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and request replenishment (e.g., boxes, testers, tapes)

Qualification 

• University degree in a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service.

• Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish (written and spoken).

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
