Primary Function:

Sales professional who will Lead and develop the sales workforce and be responsible for one of our startup leading business units in the fragrance industry, managing and growing our business by reinforcing relationships with our existing partners, as well as approaching new businesses.

Sales Supervisory:

  •  Achieve the assigned sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the company objectives.
  • Makes necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by finding new potential sales outlets and nurturing warm prospects
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects as well as the full sales cycle
  • Develop new business leads as per the management guidelines and maintain business relationships.
  • Submit all the required reports to the direct manager within deadlines
  • Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) detailed reports of all sales and marketing activities.
  • Engage and follow-up with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Provide input and participate in the development of pricing, discount and marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Set the sales workforce employee’s development plans at the end of the performance cycle.
  • Resolve all issues and conflicts that may arise while implementing the country's sales plans.
  • Help develop and gain agreement to marketing activities calendar.
  • Monitor sales trends and competitor activity in order to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned by your manager.

Workforce Supervisory:

  • Supervise, manage performance, motivate and appraise the team members to deliver the country goals of sales.
  • Set employees’ performance goals that are derived from the country’s KPI’s.
  • Evaluate and provide necessary coaching to employees during the performance cycle.
  • Provide high level direct sales support to the sales staff in order to create win-win business situations.
  • Provide guidance on sales workforce approaches and standards to lead their capacity development.
  • Conduct online marketing research on the new business leads.

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, have strong sales functions, and process knowledge and trade channels.
  • Turkey's relevant market and sales knowledge 

Skill:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Strong communication, and country's networking skills.
  • Good Computer skills with an understanding of Google tools.
  • Professionalism, sales, Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced level in Arabic

  • Presentable, customer oriented, attention to detail and has a leadership personality.
  • Must be goal oriented, Time management.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a high approach.
