Responsibilities:

1. Sales Optimization:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales and conversion rates.
• Monitor and optimize sales funnels, ensuring smooth customer journeys from discovery to purchase.
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the e-commerce platform.

2. Platform Management:

• Manage and update the company website and partner platforms to ensure accuracy of product listings and prices.
• Propose seasonal promotions and ensure effective implementation of discount campaigns to boost sales.

3. Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze e-commerce sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Update sales reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

4. Product Management and Merchandising:

• Optimize product placement and categorization to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
• Ensure high-quality visuals and persuasive descriptions for all products to drive purchasing decisions.

5. Customer Engagement:

• Monitor customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve retention.
• Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and turn challenges into positive experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Proven experience (1-2 years) in e-commerce, with a focus on driving sales performance.
2. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools.
3. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Previous experience in the perfume or luxury goods industry is a plus.
6. Fluency in both Arabic and English.
