Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned the country.
  • Implement the marketing strategies tailored to the assigned country's market conditions.
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns align with the regional and global marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to adapt country campaigns to meet the specific needs of the country.
  • Coordinate, execute, and oversee local marketing campaigns, including digital, print, marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, media, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed for improved results.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to the regional marketing department/director and the country manager.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives to both local clients and regional teams.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the execution of marketing activities within the country.
  • Escalate significant challenges to the regional marketing team for further support.
  • Work closely with the regional marketing department to ensure local campaigns are aligned with regional strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights on local market conditions, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to the regional teams.
  • Help to conduct local market research to understand the preferences and behaviors of the local audience.
  • Use insights to recommend new marketing initiatives that resonate with the local market and align with regional goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing account management, preferably in a country-specific or regional role.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and experience in managing marketing campaigns within a specific country.
