 Position Overview

  • Build marketing plans and strategies, supervise their implementation, and take decisions in proportion to the company's goals.

Responsibility

  • Set up & follow up a marketing plan & budget.
  • Understand and analyze different market dynamics and market behaviours.
  • Manage a team of Brand managers & marketing executives and assure smooth day-to-day business.
  • Prepare a yearly plan for offers and discounts that will apply to the products for each country.
  • Planning & Applying Campaigns and offers for all countries
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies in each country through the local marketing teams
  • Set up Promotion plans for each Brand, keep & raise the quality constantly.
  • Set up Media promotion plans for each Brand and oversee application in all countries
  • Bring in macro ideas that make things more efficient.
  • Set and steer the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
  • Manage content creation processes such as photos or video shoots.
  • prepare to launch campaigns of new products for all countries.
  • Competitors & price analysis (Conducting a study on the availability of perfumes in the market and the price at which they are sold)
  • Preparing and updating Franchise Guide (Site & PDF):
    • for each country and new country includes all products & all
    • information of products (Price to Franchise, Sale Price, Oils levels,
    • Penalties policy, Bottles photos).
  • update Franchise Guide upon launching a new product.
  • oversee social media info & Ad (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google, Google maps for shops) including content info., Ad designing, Ad pricing, video maker, customer service .... for each country
  • create new ideas to increase social media interaction (offers, contests, new designs..)
  • Prepare a report of the result of the offers for each country.
  • Oversee marketing expenses reports of countries

 Skills/Requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any other similar field. 
  • Five years of overall professional experience, two of which are in a similar position 
  • Advanced level of English Language.
