Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales teams.
  • Reinforce the team’s sales skills in addition to inventory management and optimization.
  • Provide advice on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Create training materials, including handbooks, multimedia presentations, and digital learning modules that are engaging and effective.
  • Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest industry trends and company offerings.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for sales staff.
  • Conduct product training in particular with regards to the brand and product range.
  • Apply real-life training and provide recommendations.
  • Utilize various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles and levels of experience.
  • Provide practical, hands-on training to ensure sales techniques are effectively applied.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Design and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Monitor and track the progress of trainees through performance metrics and feedback.
  • Identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to training programs.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Attend industry conferences and workshops to enhance training methods continually.
  • Incorporate new technologies and methodologies to improve training delivery and outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to ensure current and relevant training content.
  • Communicate regularly with sales managers to provide updates on trainee progress and performance.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the progress of trainees through regular assessments and performance reviews.
  • Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
Experience 
 
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a sales environment.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
    • Ability to develop and produce training materials and videos.
    • Proficiency with training software and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Perfume training experience is a plus.
