Key Responsibilities:

• Software Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer software applications.
• DVR Camera Systems: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot DVR camera systems. Ensure that cameras are functioning correctly, assist with video retrieval, and perform routine maintenance.
• Inventory Management: Maintain records of IT equipment and software licenses. Assist with inventory tracking and procurement of IT assets.
• User Support: Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance promptly and professionally. Provide guidance on IT-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Remote Support: Provide remote technical support to users working off-site or in remote locations.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues and contribute to the improvement of IT systems and processes.
• Follow up on subscriptions related to internet lines, alarm systems, and phone lines

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Arabic, English and very good Turkish
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of networking principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with DVR camera systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
