Main Duties:

  • Creating comprehensive offline strategies to promote products within the retail environment

  • Working closely with sales teams to develop effective trade marketing and activation programs on the ground.

  • Coordinating in-store promotions, sampling, and other direct customer engagement activities with the brand team.

  • Leading and coordinating a team of field marketers, merchandisers, and sales representatives to execute marketing initiatives.

  • Preparing and presenting reports on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns

  • Ensuring that products are displayed in a way that attracts customers and drives sales. This includes overseeing planograms, shelf placements, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.

  • Ensure that promotions, displays, and product placements are executed according to plan.

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience 7-8 years in the marketing field and 2-3 years in the similar position
  • Previous experience in luxury beauty and fragrances is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of retail and online marketing.
  • Experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Awareness of the latest market trends, shifts, and future projections.
  • Proven experience in driving strategic planning and delivering high business growth through new business opportunities.
