Maa-Althahab is a Subsidiary brand from MAISON DE MAA Group, a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.

Primary Functions:

Designing and installing computer networks, connections, and cabling. Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network. Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software. Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices.

Responsibilities:

Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling at our stores and warehouses.
Installing and configuring ADSL and 3G/4G routers at outside locations (stores , shops, kiosks, warehouses)
Supervising on monitoring systems installation (DVRS & NVRS ) and wall mount racks.
Installing and configuring time attendance machines.
Testing, configuring and performing troubleshooting to failures DVRS and NVRS.
Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.
Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
Provide technical direction to co-workers / stores on computer and network usage remotely or onsite and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
Organize and schedule maintenance visits without deterring others from completing their own work.
Evaluate stores and locations infrastructure performance and find ways of improvement.
Work with senior technician to process parts that need repair or returns to manufacturers.
Do regular data backups of routers and time attendance machines to protect the organization’s information.

Requirements and skills:

BSc/BA in computer science, or relevant field.
+2 years of Proven experience as network technician or relevant position.
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to work inside and outside Cairo and show flexibility in following up the implementation of work in different governorates.
Detail-oriented and organized with departmental assets.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of LAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
Understanding of IP configuration, web client access for testing purposes.
Ability to perform basic network switch configuration, troubleshooting basics including pinging of multiple IP devices.
Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
CCNA /A+/ N+/ MCSA qualifications are strongly preferred.
