Brand Management

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

Shape and communicate our vision and mission

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics along with the marketing director

Regional Experience & Market Insight
He is capable of developing and implementing programmatic communication plans tailored for Egypt and the MENA region, with deep understanding of market behavior and media consumption patterns. - Strong Competitor Awareness & Strategic Thinking
He has in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and can build strategies that effectively position the brand ahead of both local and international players. - Industry Alignment with FMCG Focus
His interest and expertise in FMCG—both food and non-food sectors—make him an ideal fit for brands seeking growth through precision marketing and performance-based strategies.
Core Competency Framework:

Bachelor’s and or MBA degree in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

5+ Years of experience and expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience preferably in the fragrance and or fashion industry and in the marketing field.
- Excellent communication skills, report formulating, presentation and Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required.
