What we are looking for:
We are welcoming any potential candidates who are willing to move forward through their careers and seek opportunities in the Sales field at Maa-Althahab.
Primary Function:
Promote and sell products to customers, pitch products to potential customers, present new ones to existing customers, maintain existing customer accounts, and ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction in achieving the assigned sales target and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Achieve the assigned monthly Sales Target
§ Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance in selecting fragrances.
§ Identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences.
§ Explain the features and benefits of different fragrances, demonstrate how to use fragrance products and assist customers in making purchases.
§ Building customer relationships, closing sales, demonstrating product features.
§ Taking part in sales events and participating in special sales events when required.
§ Inform customers on prices and special offers.
§ Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
§ Maintaining a pleasant selling area including managing the smell rather than letting too many product samples mix together.
§ Display the products well and make attractive displays as per the set standards.
§ Learn about competitors' products and consumers' interests and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information.
§ Submit sales reports on daily bases
§ Use Cross Selling and upselling techniques to improve Sales Achievements.
§ Performs other duties as required and assigned by your supervisor.
Core Competency Framework:
Knowledge:
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Foundational Sales Knowledge, must have a clear insight into how sales work.
knowledge of perfumes is highly preferred.
Understanding of the product and the customer to whom you’re selling.
Skill:
At least 1 Year of experience as a salesman.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Attitude:
Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours.
Charisma, Confidence and Good listener
Presentable with a hygienic care, customer oriented, good listener willing to learn, well organized, attention to the details and has a teamwork personality.
