AQUA DOR is a Subsidiary brand from MAISON DE MAA Group, a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.

Primary Function:

Manage and ensure that the AQUA DOR our Subsidiary “B2B, Commercial and Wholesale” brand services and product lines resound with current or potential Traders. In addition, they monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so they can stay ahead of competition.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Develop a timely dashboard to monitor activities and sales, making corrections as required towards objectives achievement.
  • Track sales data, performance data, share of market data and distribution per channel. Devise action plans based on performance.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Define and control brand budgets including forecasting, expense management and evaluation of cost effectiveness.
  • Develop full-scale communication plans across the product life cycle Implements marketing tactics and marketing     mix, tracking effectiveness through defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Identifies opportunities for Life Cycle Management, e.g. indications, formulations.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics along with the marketing director

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge 

  • BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar field.
  • Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar field.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  •  He knows a lot about the Egyptian market (particularly popular) and is able to adapt to it

Skill:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in a multinational perfume-related company preferably.
  • Advanced level of English Language
  • Brand strategic planning, thinking in general market dynamics, and trends, with the ability to translate insights    into actionable and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, report formulating, presentation and Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a multitude of detail-oriented projects at one time.
  • Easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.
  • Familiar with G-suite applications.
