Job Overview:

Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail ,developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet the needs of the organization, analyze requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, write code, and ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications.

Key Performance Areas:

LS Retail Administration:

  • Understand retail business processes, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to LS Central modules functionalities.
  • Configure and manage LS Retail functionalities within Business Central.
  • Implement and maintain LS Retail modules, including creating new stores point-of-sale (POS), inventory management.
  • Ability to handle data such as importing and exporting data (e.g., Product lists, Price lists, bank and payroll files).
  • Collaborate with LS Retail partners to ensure seamless integration between LS Central and 3rd party solutions.
  • Design, develop, and customize solutions and apps to meet business requirements.
  • Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, stability, and user-friendliness of     applications.

Collaboration:

Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MDM Team such as designers, testers, and project managers, to deliver successful applications.

  • Adhering to project timelines and delivering applications within agreed-upon deadlines.

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800) is preferred
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques

Skills:

  • 4-6 years relevant experience (Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centra)l.
  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server & API integration & system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with LS Retail and  LS Central modules administration is essential.
