Job Overview:

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives, Responsible for negotiating and purchasing advertising space to identify the most effective platforms,collaborate with ad agencies, and media vendors and ad placements to maximize brand exposure and drive desired outcomes. 

Key Performance Areas:

Campaign Performance:

  • Achieving key performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), or other defined objectives.
  • Budget Management: 
  • Efficiently managing media budgets, optimizing spending across channels, and ensuring cost-effective media buying.
  • Target Audience Reach:
  • Ensuring that media campaigns effectively reach the desired target audience segments, demographics, or geographic locations.
  • Media Planning and Strategy:
  • Developing data-driven media plans, setting campaign objectives, selecting appropriate ad formats, and defining targeting parameters.
  • Vendor and Agency Management:
  • Collaborating with media vendors, negotiating rates, managing relationships, and coordinating campaign execution with ad agencies or media partners.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyzing campaign data, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize media buying strategies.
  • Ad Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing ad performance by adjusting targeting, creative elements, bidding strategies, and placements.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Providing regular campaign reports, performance updates, and insights to internal teams, clients, or stakeholders.

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge:

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar relevant field.
  • Digital Advertising Platforms ,Ad Formats and Channels ,Understanding of different ad formats,Targeting and Segmentation, Campaign Tracking and Analytics. Digital Marketing Landscape, Ad Performance Metrics: Familiarity with key performance metrics, such as impressions, CTR, conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per click (CPC), and ROAS.

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing , Communications, Business, or similar relevant fields.
  • Media Planning and Buying, Digital Advertising Platforms,Creativity and Copywriting,Budget Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
