Job Overview:

Responsible for a variety of space designing projects from concept to completion, supervising various administrative aspects and coordinating interior construction activities at assigned project(s), collaborating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Supervise the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout project deliverables and ensure that all code and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy are followed.

Key Performance Areas:

Uphold the standards of the firm and project objectives, emphasizing excellence in design, implementation, and sustainability.

Aid in the preparation of contractual documentation, encompassing details, Quantities take-off, drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications according to CSI Master format.

Execute standard area calculations in accordance with established guidelines.

Analyzing the requirements.

Dealing with and reviewing materials selection as required. 

Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control Creates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports. 

Participate in the conception, design of the projects

Prepare project technical manuals

Participate in Preparing specifications & bid documents

Study offers & participate in selecting suppliers

Preparing design drawings and work drawings

Supervise & control work development

Receiving and following all Engineering requests and proposes solutions.

Documenting all Engineering Dep. works.

Preparing Weekly and Monthly Action plan sheets for all Engineering department works.

Overseeing building work, surveying sites

Overseeing Maintenance works

Coordinate participants work and control time plan

Carrying out quality inspections on work

Solving any problem on all sites.

Provide feedback to his/her manager on the performance of the lower-level staff 

Perform any tasks requested by superiors

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture .

• Depth of understanding operations specifically concerning the design, planning of the new project sites.

• Intimate knowledge of construction means and methods to properly design, value engineering, and manage the construction process.

Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural planning and design on luxury level projects, experience in the execution of commercial projects.

• Computer skills must include 3DS Max(v-ray) - AutoCAD - Photoshop .

• Experience in resourcing, selecting and coordinating with multiple teams for the design and construction of high-end retail shop projects.

Good in spoken and written English. Arabic required.

Attitude:

• Able to establish and manage departmental and project schedules and budgets, supervise and plan the work of technical and professional subordinates.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
