Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fragrance Factory Production Manager to oversee and optimize our fragrance production facility, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance. The Fragrance Factory Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating various departments, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving continuous improvement.

Job Key Performance Areas:

Production Oversight:

§ Manage and optimize fragrance production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.

§ Implement efficient production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.

§ Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Quality Control:

§ Establish and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure that all fragrance products meet industry regulations and customer expectations.

§ Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures throughout the production process.

Budget Management:

§ Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

§ Collaborate with finance teams to analyze variances and implement cost-saving measures.

Inventory Management:

§ Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.

§ Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

§ Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and support personnel.

§ Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and professional development.

Safety Compliance:

§ Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

§ Conduct regular safety training sessions and drills to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Process Improvement:

§ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and streamline operations.

Regulatory Compliance:

§ Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that the fragrance production facility complies with local, state, and federal laws.

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge:

§ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Medicine, or a related field.

§ Strong understanding of fragrance production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Professional certification in Production Management and Quality Control.

§ Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.

§ Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.

Skill:

§ 7-10 years relevant experience, 3 of them in managerial positions. 

§ Proven experience working as a Factory Manager.

§ Strategic thinking business development skills.

§ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

§ Must have computer skills in Microsoft Office.

§ Bilingual, Fluent command of Arabic and English language.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
