Job Overview:

We are looking for a human resources information system (HRIS) coordinator who will assist and lead the Process of departmental requests for position data updates and general account maintenance. Managing the Human Resources Tracking and Reporting System and Performance Appraisal Tool user access requests. Provide pay-roll data maintaining and other related tasks.
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Create, update and maintain employee data in HRIS System including new hires, employment and personal details, Leaves, salary changes, termination and status changes.
  • Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system, conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
  • Zoho, Trakstar Hire and/or any other system Administrator. 
  • Automation of all HR related and other important tasks, using available application(s) software.
  • Automate, in coordination with IT, the HR Template/Appindex as per the required HR Portlet implementation.
  • Input, review, and format human resources master data for entry into the HRIS system.
  • Monitoring the HR KPI Key Performance Indicators and HRIS reporting.
  • Develop the HR Flowcharts and Maintaining the Process Map, Organizational Structure. 
  • Development of HR related modules online.
  • Employees Data management and Processing to get reports. Leave and Attendance Management 
  • Meeting Scheduling and Tracking. Follow-up on action plans – All.
  • Development of Menu options, based on requirement of HR or another team, if required.
  • Employee access website management and updating, adding new options/features.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned by the HR Director.
 

Core Competency Framework:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer science/ Information Technology from a recognized university.
  • +2 years of experience in HRIS data administration.
  • Proficient in Computer and MS Office/ google/ Asana applications and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong HRIS knowledge (Preferably Oracle/SAP or similar ERP system).
  • Core knowledge of process mapping, flowcharts, database management.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Understanding of all areas of information systems with a technical understanding of HRIS products.
  • Analytical Thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, ability to keep information confidential.
