Position Overview
  • The Franchise Director guides and manages the overall provision of Franchise services and programs for the entire company.
  • Works to ensure uniformity throughout contracts and agreements with franchise businesses.
  •  The Franchise Director is responsible for building firm relationships.
  •  The Franchise Director acts as a bond between the franchisees and operational partners.


  • Developing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products in local markets.
  • Coordinating with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
  • Provide professional guidance, counseling and training for new franchisees, employees, and managers.
  • Spotting new opportunities and recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics.
  • Managing ongoing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staff members, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Reviewing financial statements to ensure that franchisees are following company standards for operations.
  • Ensuring that each franchise location meets company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior, and is in line with the corporate guidelines and operating procedures.
  • Managing the development of promotional plans for new products and services to ensure that they are effective at increasing brand recognition and sales.
  • Developing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services in local markets.
  • Set up a professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand.
  • Responsible for all market sales, Key Performance Indicators, trade and marketing calendar that underpin the annual territory business plan.
  • Establish strategic objectives for each market using the levers of margin, price and brand and setting and achieving demanding sales, service and profit targets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Post-graduation in business (MBA, CA or any equivalent) is preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and/or operations
  • 8 years of progressive leadership experience in franchising positions.
  •  Active affiliation with appropriate franchising networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
  • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Franchising Management.
  • An advanced level in the English language.
