Maa-Althahab is a Subsidiary brand from MAISON DE MAA Group, a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.

Main responsibility 

• Manage and operate our brand accounts on( Trendyol – Amazon – Hepsiburada – and similar platforms.)
• Upload and optimise product listings: (Titles- SEO- Pricing- Variants- Keywords)
• Handle daily order management across all marketplaces.
• Monitor customer reviews and address issues professionally.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
•  Analyse marketplace dashboards and optimise product ranking & conversions.
•  Conduct competitor analysis and prepare weekly insights.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Create monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions tailored to each audience.
• Handle DMs and comments daily (customer support).
• Upload content, organise feed layout, and maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers or content creators.
• Track social trends on Reels/TikTok and propose content ideas.
• Manage influencers: selection, coordination, and performance tracking.
• Provide weekly reports on: Sales performance, Marketplace results, Social media growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in E-commerce & Marketplaces.
• Solid experience managing Trendyol or Amazon accounts (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Strong writing skills (Arabic + English/Turkish preferred).
• Good analytical skills and experience with Analytics dashboards.
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• High responsiveness & commitment to daily tasks.
