Associate Brand Manager Role Overview
The Associate Brand Manager supports the development, execution, and performance of the brand strategies across collections and markets. This role drives market growth through strategic planning, campaigns, retail activation, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand equity and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Support in new product launches for Original Collections.
• Conduct competitor, category, and market trend analysis across MENA markets.
• Support 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, retail activation, PR, influencers, and events.
• Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and asset deployment across regions.
• Work with the creative team to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand positioning.
• Coordinate with markets (Egypt, KSA, UAE, Turkey, Morocco, Syria, Lebanon) for local execution.
• Monitor in-store performance, merchandising, POS, and shopper marketing activities.
• Evaluate promotional plans and ensure ROI on seasonal campaigns
• Track brand KPIs: sales performance, marketing ROI, campaign results, consumer engagement, CRM data.
• Run consumer surveys
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Product Development, Creative, and E-commerce teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets, product information, and marketing toolkits.
Qalification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or marketing coordination (preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty industries).

  • Knowledge of 360° marketing campaign development and execution.

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple regional markets is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
