Main Responsibilities:

Record accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform reconciliations with retail stores and agents.
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
Monitor expenses, advances, and petty cash.
Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation.
Assist in inventory and fixed asset stocktaking activities.
Support the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager in daily accounting operations and financial reporting.

Skills/Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in accounting
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Finance
3. Good analytical skills and costing and industrial costing awareness.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
