Objective of the Role:

To support the growth of the e-commerce business by ensuring effective execution of campaigns, optimizing marketplace performance, and contributing to achieving sales targets across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute marketing activities across major e-commerce platforms such as Noon ,Trendyol and Amazon, ensuring brand consistency and optimal visibility.

  2. Plan and execute promotional campaigns including discounts, product launches, and seasonal offers in coordination with platform requirements.

  3. Support website-related marketing activities including banners, landing pages, and email campaigns.

  4. Collaborate closely with design and digital teams to create and optimize creative assets for campaigns and marketplaces.

  5. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports for the E-Commerce Manager, including insights and recommendations.

  6. Track competitor activities on marketplaces and identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning.

  7. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue across platforms.

  8. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure sufficient stock availability and avoid out-of-stock situations, especially for high-performing SKUs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Previous experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, or Shopify.

  2. Strong understanding of online promotions, digital campaigns, and marketplace mechanics.

  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.

  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  6. Experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail sectors is a plus.
