Job Purpose
The Operations & Projects Officer is responsible for supporting management in coordinating and following up on projects and operational tasks in Turkey. The position also involves assisting with research and development activities, supporting the Turkey office operations, and communicating.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all projects and assignments given by management in Turkey.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (HR, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure projects are executed on time.
  • Assist in conducting research related to market trends, new opportunities, or process improvements.
  • Support development initiatives and pilot projects as directed by management.
  • Help collect and organise information to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Coordinate and communicate with official entities (such as government offices, chambers, or legal authorities) as required by management.
  • Prepare and submit documentation or correspondence in line with official requirements.
  • Follow up on company registrations, permits, or formal communications related to the Turkey office or other branches.
  • Support HR in following up on recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Assist in purchasing processes and supplier follow-ups.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, filing, and data organization.
  • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and meeting notes for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative work.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good research and reporting ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
