Job Overview

The Production Manager oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. The role manages production resources, teams, and processes while driving continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to achieve production targets and schedules.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Plan production capacity, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, waste, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials and production supplies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the production team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and production operations, preferably within the fragrance industry
• Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management, and safety standards.
• Experience in managing production teams and supervising production lines
• Good knowledge of Odoo ERP is preferred
• Strong commitment to quality standards and production delivery deadlines
