Job Summary

The Marketing Traffic Controller is responsible for managing the flow, coordination, and execution of marketing projects across multiple markets. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and creative deliverables are properly scheduled, assigned, and executed according to briefs, timelines, and brand standards. The Traffic Controller works closely with the marketing team, Design team, to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and proper implementation of marketing activities across stores and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Project Coordination

  1. Manage and oversee the workflow of all marketing and design projects from briefing to final delivery.

  2. Assign, schedule, and track marketing and creative tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with campaign objectives.

  3. Coordinate directly with the design team to organize, assign, and schedule projects while ensuring alignment with approved briefs and deadlines.

  4. Monitor progress and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks in project execution.

Monthly Planning & Brief Coordination

  1. Collect and consolidate detailed briefs for all marketing and design requirements for the following markets:Morocco, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, and GCC countries.

  2. Review briefs to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility before assigning them to the design and marketing teams.

  3. Plan and distribute upcoming workloads accordingly.

Marketing Execution & Field Coordination

  1. Monitor and coordinate influencer video shootings and marketing content production to ensure they are executed according to the campaign brief.

  2. Supervise the installation and placement of POS (Point of Sale) materials in stores to ensure correct branding and positioning.

  3. Follow up on the implementation of promotional packaging and campaign-related packaging updates across relevant markets.

  4. Ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns, activities, and events both inside and outside retail stores.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or traffic management.

  3. Experience working in a marketing department, retail marketing environment, or advertising/creative agency.
