Main Tasks

1. Follow up on the implementation of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
2. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and advertising companies.
3. Follow up and coordinate between internal departments and external marketing agencies to ensure task clarity, smooth workflow, and timely execution of marketing activities.
4. Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms.
5. Follow up on the preparation of marketing and advertising materials.
6. Coordinate between the Marketing Department and other departments within the company.
7. Follow up on photography and advertising requests and ensure their proper execution.
8. Prepare and organise periodic marketing reports.
9. Monitor advertising campaign results and report observations to management.
10. Organise and maintain the archive of the company’s photos, videos, and marketing materials.
11. Follow up on the availability of samples and promotional materials for exhibitions and campaigns.
12. Assist in organising the company’s events and exhibitions.
13. Monitor customer engagement and feedback, and forward observations to the concerned management.
14. Adhere to the company’s visual identity and marketing guidelines.
15. Perform any other tasks within the scope of work assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good command of the English language.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media platforms and online marketplaces.
• Experience in preparing, organising, and archiving promotional and marketing materials.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
